Planting Roots in Orange County
A former professional swimmer for Canada, Dr. Azizi received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Southern
California University of Health Sciences. He opened One & Only Chiropractic in Tustin in 2022 because he
felt this is an area where he could live, work, and contribute to the community in meaningful ways.
Helping Patients Experience Success
We love helping people who have had surgeries that were supposed to help but didn’t. One such patient had
been getting good results with us for their low back pain, but their medical doctor convinced them to have
spinal surgery. It failed, and they were in agony. After a second failed surgery and their surgeon
recommended a third surgery, they returned to us. They’re now back to working, walking, and enjoying life
without debilitating pain.
